If you are being sued over a debt, or you are being harassed by a debt collector, you may want to consider discussing your situation with an attorney. I have represented consumers in Cuyahoga County and surrounding areas, defending against “junk debt buyer” lawsuits, suing debt collectors for harassing conduct, and providing student loan debt resolution. I have successfully pursued numerous civil lawsuits and counterclaims against debt collectors for their debt collection practices. I am also actively pursuing cases where creditors and debt collectors are attempting to collect on debts which were previously discharged in consumer bankruptcy court.
